Responsibilities:

  • Customer service over the phone and in person
  • Answering phones, returning voicemails
  • Assisting with sales transactions on our online ticketing system
  • Email correspondence
  • Complete customer mailings
  • Responsible for daily cash handling

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Must work well independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Some evening and weekend hours will be required in addition to workday hours
  • Some theatre experience is preferred
