Regent University seeks a Performing Arts Services Manager is to manage the organizational and logistical processes for the Regent Center for Performing Arts in the School of Communication and the Arts, ensuring the smooth and seamless functioning of all public-facing performing arts functions.

 

Essential duties:

  • Manage productions that take place as part of the Regent Center for Performing Arts
  • Manage all daily Box Office operations and staff for the CPA
  • Partner with Director of Operations to maintain master calendar of all public events across SCA departments (theatre, music, film, etc.)
  • Serve as primary liaison with university scheduling office and academic departments for event conflicts and last-minute changes
  • Schedule production meetings for SCA/CPA shows
  • Design and execute subscription packages and single ticket sales campaigns to meet revenue goals
  • Generate monthly reports on ticket sales revenue and patron donations for Director of Operations

Qualifications:

  • Degree in performing arts discipline or equivalent required; at least three years of professional experience.
  • Prerequisites for the Job
    • Prior management and operational experience in performing and/or fine arts organization; comparable experience considered.
    • Strong accounting abilities, budgeting and scheduling.
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and customer service skills, with the ability to manage, train, and motivate staff and student workers.

Candidates must have:

  • Excellent interpersonal and clear communication skills,
  • ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Must be self-motivated and flexible, and discreet in handling confidential matters.
  • Must be a mature, committed Christian with conduct consistent with the standards of Regent University and its core values of excellence, innovation, and integrity.
