- Assist patrons in purchasing tickets in person, online, and over the phone
- Responsible for daily cash handling
- Distribute marketing materials around campus and in the community
- Recruit and track ushers for theatre performances
- Maintain tidiness and organization of the Box Office
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills; experience preferred
- Work well independently
- Keen eye for detail; quick learner preferred
- Professional demeanor
- Availability for afternoon and weekend shifts
