Responsibilities:

  • Manage public events in Regent University's Performing Arts Center including theatre season productions, VIP receptions, and other venue events
  • Resolve patron complaints or issues arising during events
  • Train volunteer ushers
  • Enforce university policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with box office and other theatre staff
  • Write reports after each event
  • Respond to emergencies during event

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a professional demeanor
  • Knowledge of performing arts and CPR/First Aid certification preferred
  • Evening and weekend availability
  • Commitment to Regent’s core values of Excellence, Innovation, and Integrity
