Responsibilities:

• Provide guests with campus tours on a regular basis and during special events
• Greet and direct guests at the start of of their campus visit and during special events
• Make excellent first impressions of Regent University
• Build lasting connections with prospective students
• Escort guests around campus
• Assist with set up/tear down of events
• Place event signs around campus
• Write thank-you notes to prospective students after their visit
• Attend admissions sessions with prospective students as needed
• Package undergraduate and graduate mail

Requirements:

• Strong desire to introduce prospective students to the Regent campus
• Love of people and a friendly, warm personality
• Strong interpersonal/verbal communication skills
• Excellent listening skills
• At least one semester of experience at Regent University
• Must have a flexible schedule
• Must be prompt and dependable
• Must be willing and able to walk long distances in different types of weather
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to follow established procedures
• Commitment to Regent’s core values of Excellence, Innovation and Integrity
