The Regent University School of Divinity is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Assistant to support the administrative and academic operations of the School. This is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic theological education environment while contributing meaningfully to the School's mission of forming Christian leaders who change the world.
The Graduate Assistant will work closely with School of Divinity faculty and staff across a variety of projects and initiatives — including supporting the newly established Center for the Great Commission, a center dedicated to equipping and mobilizing believers in fulfillment of Christ's call to make disciples of all nations. This role offers unique exposure to both the academic and missional work of the School.
Responsibilities:
Assist with administrative projects and special initiatives as directed by School of Divinity leadership
Support faculty and staff with research, communications, event coordination, and office tasks
Help manage documents, records, and scheduling as needed
Contribute to student-facing programs, academic events, and School-wide projects
Perform other duties consistent with the educational mission of the School
Provide administrative support for Center operations and ongoing initiatives
Assist with communications and social media presence to help grow the School of Divinity's reach and engagement
Support the planning and coordination of Center events and programming
Contribute to research and writing projects that advance the Center's mission
Requirements:
Currently enrolled as a student at Regent University (Graduate Student Preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general digital tools
