Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service, phone coverage, backup to the front desk, and general information relating to academic forms, schedules, policies and procedures. This position will also be responsible for sorting the Registrar's Office general inbox to the appropriate team 
  • Maintain and update student records in Banner to include international and conditionally accepted student record updates
  • Process academic forms such as status changes, record updates, change of field of study, and so forth
  • Process electronic requests such as add/drop forms, withdrawal from the university requests, change of campus, and so forth
  • Process requests for records and photocopy student records when necessary

Requirements:

  • Data entry experience required
  • Banner experience preferred
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately with attention to detail
  • Content with repetitive tasks
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Commitment to Regent’s core values of Excellence, Innovation, and Integrity

Salary: $15 per hour
