Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the upkeep, repair and maintenance of Regent Village
• May include landscape maintenance, responding to residents’ maintenance requests, and doing apartment turnarounds
• May include activities such as painting, minor carpentry, minor plumbing and minor electrical work, mowing, weed-whacking and other grounds work, moving furniture, and pressure washing

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Availability to work during summer season is preferred but not required
• Some degree of mechanical aptitude and/or maintenance experience is helpful, but training is provided
• Attitude is the most important attribute, with a willingness to work physically and take instruction, an eagerness to learn new skills and concepts, and ability to work as part of a team are the prime requisites for this position

Position may be filled by an undergrad student, graduate student, or other part-time worker.
