Responsibilities:

  • Helping to maintain organization of the office
  • Maintain SPSS database
  • Maintain student clinical and academic flies
  • Filing and copying as needed
  • Bulletin Board upkeep
  • Assist Office Manager with orders of textbook desk copies for faculty
  • Assist with schedule (building, reviews)
  • Assist with textbooks (orders, reviews)
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Help with special projects as needed by Office Manager or other PsyD faculty
  • Aid in Colloquia/special events – from room reservations, to media set up requests, etc. as needed
  • Assist visitors to suite with directions, etc.
  • Help set up files for in-coming cohort
  • Maintain student mailboxes by adding and deleting names as necessary, putting paperwork in boxes as needed
  • All other duties as assigned (APA Self Study, Program Director needs, DCT needs)

Requirements:

  • Registered and enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree at Regent University
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills
  • Proficiency with the entire Microsoft Office 365 suite (including Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Must possess a high level of professionalism, courtesy and confidentiality
