Responsibilities:

• Support the Department Chair and Academic Service Manager with office tasks including research, document management, and communication efforts
  
• Assist with course monitoring for content and instructor engagement
  
• Assist with operations of Engineering & Computer Science Department meetings, events, and initiatives
  
• Assist with upkeep of department bulletin boards and office spaces

Requirements:

• Registered and enrolled in any Regent University graduate program
• Availability of 15 to 20 hours per week
• Motivated and enthusiastic work ethic
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with the entire Microsoft Office 365 suite (including Word, Excel, Teams)
• Must possess a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and confidentiality
