The Case Manager/Deputy Title IX/Non-Discrimination Coordinator serves as the initial contact for students of concern who have been reported to Student Services and are navigating challenges with health, safety, wellness, conduct, academic, or general welfare.

Essential Duties:

  • Collaborate and liaise with Enrollment Management, RUPD, Academic Affairs, and departments within Student Services to provide necessary resources and action plans for students of concern. 
  • Administrate case flow in Maxient software for RUBIT, Care Team, and student conduct cases.
  • Address conduct cases at the direction of the Assistant Dean and/or Dean of Student Services.
  • Serve as Deputy Title IX/Non-Discrimination Coordinator.
  • Lead the University Care Team. 

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Counseling/Psychology, Higher Education, or Law required.
  • Must have a working knowledge of Title IX, Non-Discrimination policies, and ADA, and how to practically apply it in a higher education environment
  • Prior Title IX training is preferred
  • Previous experience addressing student conduct cases of a sensitive manner
