The Career Services Operations Manager will support Regent’s mission by developing and improving critical career services systems and technologies, events, and relationships. The candidate will manage the Handshake platform as well as explore and implement new technologies while facilitating employer engagement. This position will also coordinate internships and career-related events to enhance professional development and opportunities for Regent students and alumni.

Essential duties:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Handshake platform while acting as the primary contact for employers on the platform to address inquiries and provide support.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of employer profiles and job postings.
  • Identify opportunities for new partnerships and collaborations to expand the range of opportunities available to students.
  • Organize and execute career fairs, networking events, skills development sessions, and employer information sessions.
  • Utilize data analytic tools to assess the impact of employer relation initiatives.
  • Generate reports on key metrics regarding student participation, employer engagement levels, event attendance, and student placement success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field required
  • Previous experience in career services, employer relations, or a related role is preferred
  • Familiarity with Handshake, Constant Contract, CRM software, CMS interface, and MS office preferred
