Regent University’s School of Communication and the Arts invites applications for Assistant Professor of Graphic Design as a full-time tenure-track professor. This position will be located at Regent University’s Virginia Beach campus.

The Arts are alive at Regent University, and our students and faculty are committed to the pursuit of the Good, the True, and the Beautiful. The Department of Film and Media Arts features undergraduate and graduate degree programs in film, television, screenwriting, animation, and the focus of this position—graphic design.

This new professor will be an entrepreneurial scholar who will teach courses in graphic design, coordinate with programs across the university and in the community, keep an active profile in creative scholarship, and provide leadership as the School grows into a next generation incubator for real-world training and cutting-edge art and design. The successful candidate will have a significant research and professional portfolio, evidence of successful undergraduate teaching, an appropriate terminal degree, and a clear and compelling Christian commitment.
