Regent University is currently seeking Christian scholars to serve as Adjunct Professors of Chemistry for the College of Arts & Sciences. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a commitment to Christ-centered teaching and excellence in the physical sciences.

Salary: $100/credit hour/student up to $3,000 per course

Position Overview

  • Location: Virginia Beach, VA (On-campus)
  • Employment Type: Part-time, per-semester contract

Key Qualifications

  • Academic Credentials: A Ph.D. in Chemistry is preferred. Applicants with a Master’s degree in Chemistry (or a related field with at least 18 graduate semester hours in Chemistry) will be considered
  • Spiritual Alignment: Must subscribe to the University’s Statement of Faith and embrace its mission as a Christian institution
  • Experience: Prior college-level teaching experience and proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) are highly preferred
