• Assist with daily Welcome Center functions, including campus tours and events
• Schedule Welcome Center appointments, tours, and meetings
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting with guests in a warm and professional manner

Requirements: 

• High School Diploma
• Proficiency using Microsoft suite applications
• Professional phone and email etiquette
• Preferred prior experience assisting in an office environment
• Commitment to Regent’s core values of Excellence, Innovation, and Integrity
