The Alumni Engagement Specialist contacts Regent University alumni to engage conversation, promote charitable giving, and advance the mission and vision of Regent University. This position connects with alumni, shares information about Regent, offers prayer support to alumni, and encourages charitable giving.

Additional Responsibilities: 

  • Serves as a phone agent to call and engage Regent alumni
  • Builds an excellent understanding of alumni data within the CRM and other systems
  • Ensures proper recording and documentation of alumni contact information and payment information within the CRM and other systems
  • Prays with and for alumni over the phone
  • Serves as support staff for Advancement and Alumni events
  • Contributes to the Alumni Engagement department and promote a teamwork environment
  • Assumes other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Must have excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software systems and databases
  • Must be attentive to detail, organized, and able to work independently and in team settings
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills
  • Commitment to Regent’s core values of Excellence, Innovation, and Integrity 

Salary: $12.77 per hour
