This position will assist with the daily operations of the Disability Services Office.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain coverage of the front desk and check-in all walk-in students while managing incoming calls
• Respond to general student inquiries 
• Review and assign statuses to student applications 
• Assist the accommodation coordinators with larger tasks by obtaining and providing accessible course materials/books as well as securing and providing notes from peer notetakers

Requirements:

• Candidates with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply 
• Demonstrated understanding of client confidentiality
• Must be able to display compassion and empathy when interacting with students and hearing their stories
• Desire for accessibility and equal access for students with disabilities
