• Detailed oriented and self-motivated
• Good listening skills
• A high degree of maturity when dealing with confidential matters
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and details
• Capacity to be resourceful and take initiative in problem solving
• Ability to work with limited supervision
